A report is a downloadable digital product. After purchase, the full reading is delivered to your account and available to read there. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are final once the reading has been opened, except where the law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate birth details — the reading is generated from what you enter. Do not use the service in any unlawful way or attempt to disrupt or copy it.
